About Talent

Talent was born in 1993 in London.  We are now a national organisation, part of the Calder Holding group, and we've a simple mission - local jobs for local people. 

Everything we do is about helping people get and keep a job - good jobs, with good pay and prospects - and helping businesses find the right people.  To help us do that, we work with some really remarkable partners in the private, public and voluntary sectors. We're not like a traditional recruitment company and we're not like other 'welfare to work' organisations.

We're very different and we treat everyone of our customers differently - whether they are looking for work or looking for staff - because they're all different.  We know that if you treat everyone the same, you'll end up with the same old result.  We help people unleash their talent.
