I have worked with Talent since June 2008. By setting clear guidelines, as to my competency expectations for the required role, ensures that recruiting the right individual is a sure end result. I am always assisted with recruitment, sometimes at even a moments notice! Since June 2008, I have recruited approx 20-25 staff through the Access to Work (ATW ) programme. Out of the successful candidates recruited, roughly 85% still work for us. Talent should be praised for its commitment in finding jobs for people, who otherwise would not have direct access to large companies like Arcadia. The professionalism and passion shown by Talent staff will mean that I will remain a client for a while to come.
