You’ll have your very own Customer Support Officer – someone who’ll act as your personal ‘career adviser’. They’ll build a one-to-one relationship with you, find out about your strengths and needs, discover exactly what it is you’re looking for and only put you forward for roles you’re right for.

We want to get to know about your other skills, like the ability to listen, empathise, communicate, and simply get on well with people. These are crucial qualities in today's world. We'll identify your talents and make sure that employers know about them.
We give you lots of support
We'll help you find the right jobs for you and help you apply for them. We'll make sure you're ready for your interview. If you need any extra help, we'll give you it - from training to lifecoaching. We can help you get sorted out with childcare ,or language training, if English isn't your first language. We'll even help you set up a bank account if you don't have one already. But our service doesn't stop there.
We'll keep on supporting you
We know that starting a new job can be stressful so, we'll keep in touch and make sure that you settle in. If you've got any problems, we'll help you sort them out. We'll always be there for you, so if you want to do some more training while in work, to help you get on with your career, we'll help you with that; and if you want some help moving up the ladder to a better job, we'll help you with that as well.
