Working in partnership.
We've don't just talk about partnership working, we've been doing it for many years. We recognise that no organisation has the expertise to deliver the wide range of support needed to help people back into work. And we realise that we can all achieve more by working together.
A complete package
Today we can say that every project we deliver involves delivery within partnership frameworks – this ensures that a more complete service can be delivered to job seekers, employers and our contracting bodies.
In recent years we have built up strong cross-referral and contracting links with further and higher education colleges, which has given us access to funded learning and training provision to benefit jobseekers.
On the demand-side we don’t just work in partnership with employers to deliver jobs for our clients, but we also work with employer organisations, such as Jobcentre Plus LEPs, Chambers of Commerce and local and regional Employer Coalitions.
Most importantly, we work with a wide range of partner organisations in every local community that we operate in – from the Jobcentre to specialist organisations such as Sure Start, The Prince’s Trust, NACRO, housing associations and the Citizen's Advice Bureau, to grassroots local voluntary and community organisations, faith groups, women’s centres, and so on.
Making it happen
We use every link we possibly can to deliver jobs right into the heart of the most deprived neighbourhoods. We don’t just pay lip service to partnership working – from board level to operational level we have made a commitment to making partnerships happen.
