Talent Recruitment achieves prestigious bronze award

Talent Recruitment, an Investor in People (IiP) since 2003 has recently been awarded the IiP Bronze award. This award highlights the considerable achievements in the development and management of our people. 

The IiP Standard is the recognised benchmark for quality employers and the accreditation is key evidence of our commitment to be seen as an employer of choice.   

The Investors in People Bronze is awarded to organisations that are striving to be at the leading edge of best people management practice in their chosen areas. Less than 1% of companies achieve the Bronze standard at their first attempt.

As a bronze organisation  we are advanced Investors in People, using the framework to meet our goals, progressing well beyond the basic IiP Standard.
