We met Craig while outreaching on the estates, Craig faced some general barriers that prevented him from getting a job which includes which were Age, Lack of work history/experience, Interview preparation and CV.

We were able to overcome these barriers by job searching employers who had a good track record of working with young or unskilled workers.  Craig did very well at interview and was granted a work trial, ten minutes into this work trial he was offered the position. Craig has seen progression within the role and with his employers Claridges and is current employed at a trainee commis chef.
