Martin Lall

Martin had been out of the labour market for just over eights months. We were able to find a position which he was very interested in going for with Iceland as a delivery driver. We spent time together completing interview preparation which included dos and don’ts at interview along with travel planning to interview. We were informed that Martin was the star of the day from the employers obtained through the monitory feedback method undertaken by all employers who access our clients. Needless to say Martin was offered the position a few days later. Since coming on to the 'Ways Into Work and Gaining Employment project' Martin has now introduced two of his friends to the scheme.
