Success Story

Simeon Watson, a father of two had been unemployed for over one year when he came to register at Talent. Simeon was from Wandworth and was eligible for the Wandsworth ESF project.

When I first met Simeon, 23 he had so much ambition and enthusiasm but he had no real direction as to where to look to find the kind of job he wanted.
Simeon was always on time for our meetings and always called in to see if there were any new vacancies that I could put him forward for. We were able to place Simeon into a job at Fitness First within three weeks, he registered on the 08/06/2010 and we found him a job by 25/06/2010. Simeon applied himself because he wanted to better his life and his family's and he did.
